Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Drum Corps United FZ-LLC ("Drum Corps UAE", "DCU", "we", "us") through our shop or by invoice.
1. Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, complete with all accessories, and in resaleable condition. We may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or altered packaging.
2. Non-returnable items
The following are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Customized, engraved, painted, or made-to-order instruments and uniforms
- Special-order items purchased specifically for your school or ensemble
- Consumables and hygiene-sensitive accessories once opened, unless faulty
- Digital downloads or service fees
Faulty, damaged-in-transit, or incorrectly shipped items remain eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under our Refund Policy.
3. How to start a return

- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging where possible.
4. Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or a verified product fault, we cover reasonable return shipping within the UAE. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Refunds after return
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds follow our Refund Policy and are issued to the original payment method where possible. Original outbound shipping may be non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
