Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases and bookings made with Drum Corps United FZ-LLC ("Drum Corps UAE", "DCU", "we", "us"). It applies to our online shop and to paid performance, workshop, and program services.
1. Shop purchases
Physical products such as instruments and accessories are inspected before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion after we review the claim.
Change-of-mind returns for unused shop items in original packaging may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, complete, and in resaleable condition. Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
2. Performance and program bookings
Deposits and fees paid for performances, workshops, school programs, or consulting are governed by the written proposal or booking confirmation. Non-refundable deposits are clearly stated before payment. If DCU cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, we will offer a suitable reschedule or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service.
If you cancel a confirmed booking, refund eligibility depends on the notice period and costs already committed (artists, logistics, travel, production). Those terms are set out in your booking agreement or cancellation policy.
3. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. Shipping costs are refundable only when the return results from our error or a verified product fault.
4. Contact
For refund requests, email Info@drumcorpsuae.org, WhatsApp or call +971 55 327 3445, or use our Contact page. Include your order or booking reference and a short description of the issue.
