Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy covers cancellations of performance bookings, workshops, school programs, consulting engagements, and online shop orders with Drum Corps United FZ-LLC ("Drum Corps UAE", "DCU", "we", "us").
1. Performance and event bookings
Once a date is confirmed and a deposit is received, that booking is held for your event. Cancellation or major date changes must be requested in writing by email to Info@drumcorpsuae.org.
- More than 30 days before the event: deposit treatment and any refund follow your written proposal. Administrative fees may apply.
- 15 to 30 days before the event: a larger portion of fees may be retained to cover committed costs.
- Less than 15 days before the event: the booking is usually non-refundable, except where we agree otherwise in writing.
Exact percentages and notice periods in your signed proposal or booking confirmation take precedence over this summary.
2. Workshops, camps, and membership sessions
Cancellations for workshops, camps, and recurring session packages should be submitted in writing. Refunds or credits depend on notice given, class capacity, and costs already incurred. Missed sessions are not automatically refunded.
3. Shop orders
You may cancel a shop order before it ships by contacting us promptly. Once an order has shipped, cancellation becomes a return under our Return Policy. Custom or special-order products cannot be cancelled after production has started.
4. Cancellations by Drum Corps UAE
If we must cancel due to force majeure, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
