Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy explains how Drum Corps United FZ-LLC ("Drum Corps UAE", "DCU", "we", "us") ships products purchased through our online shop or by direct order.
1. Coverage
We ship across the United Arab Emirates and, where agreed, to other GCC and international destinations. Large instruments and freight shipments may require separate logistics arrangements and lead times.
2. Processing times
In-stock items are typically prepared within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom, special-order, or back-ordered items may take longer. Estimated timelines are shared at checkout or in your order confirmation.
3. Shipping methods and costs
Delivery fees depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier. UAE courier delivery is available for most shop items. Freight or white-glove delivery may be required for larger percussion and brass instruments. Shipping costs are confirmed before payment or invoiced separately for freight orders.
4. Tracking and receipt
Where the carrier provides tracking, we share the reference when the order ships. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Risk of loss transfers according to the carrier terms once the order has been handed over, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Delays and failed delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, weather, or force majeure. Failed delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur additional charges for redelivery.
6. Inspection on arrival
Please inspect packaging and products on delivery. Report damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 7 days with photos and your order number so we can assist under our Refund and Return Policies.
